Apollo 11 is a documentary on the Apollo 11’s ( by NASA ) mission to take 2 astronauts to the surface of the moon, and back to earth safely. it shows scenes from the surface of the moon, takeoff and landing back on earth, and all other important parts of the mission.

this documentary shows the story of the Apollo 11 and its mission very well. everything important is explained and talked about in length, but not boring. there is great use of music/sound effects ( e.g. heartbeat sound effect), and also moments without sound that worked very well.
4. Write about ONE cinematography technique that was effective in the film
angles from the camera on the landing gear of the shuttle portrayed the gravity of the situation. it showed the shuttle actually landing on the face of the moon. another great example was the buildup to Neal Armstrong first stepping onto the moon was done extremely well, and the suspense was perfect and lasted for a good length.
